Ingredients

  • Wheat flour - 1 cup
  • Rice flour - 2 cups
  • Sour buttermilk - 1.5 cup
  • Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander leaves - a few sprigs
  • Salt

How to Make Quick Spicy Dosa

  • Add wheat, rice flour, salt, chilli powder with butter milk and mix well.
  • Add coriander leaves.
  • Add water to get dosa consistency.
  • Leave aside for 30 min.
  • Heat a non stick pan on a medium flame. Preferably, the pan should be non-stick.
  • Take a big spoon full of batter of the dosa and spread it on the pan.
  • Spread a spoon of ghee/oil over the dosa.
  • Serve.
