  • Wheat flour - 1 cup
  • Rice flour - 2 cups
  • Sour buttermilk - 1.5 cup
  • Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander leaves - a few sprigs
  • Salt
  • How to Make Quick Spicy Dosa:

    1. Add wheat, rice flour, salt, chilli powder with butter milk and mix well.
    2. Add coriander leaves.
    3. Add water to get dosa consistency.
    4. Leave aside for 30 min.
    5. Heat a non stick pan on a medium flame. Preferably, the pan should be non-stick.
    6. Take a big spoon full of batter of the dosa and spread it on the pan.
    7. Spread a spoon of ghee/oil over the dosa.
    8. Serve.
