  • 8 legs-chicken legs
  • 2 tbsp-ginger Garlic paste
  • 3-4 tsps- Red Chilli powder
  • 1 tsp- Turmeric powder
  • 3-4 tsps-tandoori masala powder
  • 1 cup- thick sour Yoghurt
  • salt
  • For garnish:
  • lemon.
  • If needed can be brushed with Butter after roasted
  • How to Make Quick Tandoori Chicken:

    1. Marinate chicken legs with salt, yogurt, ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, turmeric and tandoori masala powder. Keep aside for 1 - 8 hrs.
    2. Then lay out the chicken legs in a greased plate and bake in an oven at 400 degree F for 10 mins. Then remove and turn the pieces in their places and then bake it again for 4-5 mins. Garnish with coriander leaves.
    3. Serve hot with lemon slices and onion slices.
