Ingredients

  • 2 medium size potato, grated
  • 2 tinda, grated
  • Mustard Seeds
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 medium-size onion, grated
  • 1/2 tsp chilli powder
  • 1 tsp Garlic paste
  • 1.5 tsps coriander powder
  • 1 tbsp - Kitchen masala powder or fish curry powder
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Quick Tinda Curry

  • Heat oil in a kadai, add mustard seeds. Add grated potato and stir well.
  • Squeeze out excess water from grated onion and add it with garlic paste to the kadai.
  • Add all the masalas and stir fry.
  • Add grated tinda and cook for 3 to 5 minutes.
  • Finally add salt to taste and garnish with coriander leaves.
  • Serve with chapatti and phulkas..
