  • 2 medium size potato, grated
  • 2 tinda, grated
  • Mustard Seeds
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 medium-size onion, grated
  • 1/2 tsp chilli powder
  • 1 tsp Garlic paste
  • 1.5 tsps coriander powder
  • 1 tbsp - Kitchen masala powder or fish curry powder
  • Salt to taste
  • How to Make Quick Tinda Curry:

    1. Heat oil in a kadai, add mustard seeds. Add grated potato and stir well.
    2. Squeeze out excess water from grated onion and add it with garlic paste to the kadai.
    3. Add all the masalas and stir fry.
    4. Add grated tinda and cook for 3 to 5 minutes.
    5. Finally add salt to taste and garnish with coriander leaves.
    6. Serve with chapatti and phulkas..
