  • 200 g - non-fat plain yogurt
  • 200 g - extra hot salsa
  • 50 g - grated seedless cucumber
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Quick Yogurt Dip

  • Put yogurt in bowl over a cheese cloth and drain all water over 30 mins.
  • Squeeze out the extra water from cucumber.
  • In a medium size bowl, add yogurt, salsa and cucumber mix it well. Add salt to taste.
  • Serve with chips.
