Ingredients

  • A few Lettuce leaves
  • 1/2 cup - cooked Quinoa
  • 2 - Carrots (grated)
  • 1 - Cucumber (sliced as cubes)
  • a few cherry Tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp - fried Onions
  • a few red Onions (chopped)
  • 1/2 tsp - pepper powder
  • salt - to taste
  • Olive oil - as needed
  • How to Make Quinoa and Mixed Veggies Salad:

    1. Take the lettuce leaves, cooked quinoa, grated carrot, cucumber cubes, chopped tomatoes or cherry tomatoes, fried onions and chopped red onions in a large bowl.
    2. Make a dressing with enough olive oil, salt and pepper powder and toss the vegetables gently until they get well mixed.
    3. Serve immediately.
