  • 1/2 cup - Quinoa
  • 1/2 cup - Cornmeal
  • 1 cup - Sugar
  • 3 - Cardamoms
  • A few Cashew nuts
  • 2 tbsp - Ghee
  • Milk (as per need)
  • How to Make Quinoa Cornmeal Laddoos:

    1. Roast the quinoa and cornmeal separately for few minutes in a warm pan until a nice aroma comes out.
    2. Grind the roasted quinoa, cornmeal, cardamoms and sugar together as a fine or slightly coarse powder.
    3. Meanwhile, heat the ghee and roast the cashew nuts until its turns golden brown.
    4. Add the ground powder to the hot ghee and nuts.
    5. Sprinkle the milk as per need and make medium-sized balls from this mixture.
    6. Store it in an air-tight box.
