Ingredients

  • 1 cup - Parboiled Rice
  • 1 cup - Quinoa
  • 1/2 cup - Toor Dal
  • 1/4 cup - Urad Dal
  • 1/2 cup - Channa dal
  • 1/4 cup - Moong dal
  • 4 - Garlic Cloves
  • 1 tsp - Fennel seeds
  • 5 - Dry Red Chillies
  • Salt - to taste
  • How to Make Quinoa Mixed Dals Dosa:

    1. Soak the rice, quinoa and dals together for 4 hours along with the dry red chillies and fennel seeds.
    2. Grind the soaked rice and dals in a grinder with crushed garlic cloves and salt with enough water as a slightly coarse batter.
    3. Keep the batter at room temperature.
    4. Make dosas on a non-stick pan or in a hot tawa, drizzling it with oil and cooking on both sides until they turn crispy and well cooked.
    5. Serve with spicy chutneys.
