  • 1/2 cup Wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup raagi flour
  • salt according to taste
  • 1/2 inch Ginger
  • 3 Green chillies
  • 1 tsp desiccated Coconut
  • How to Make Raagi Spicy Roti:

    1. Mix the two flours.
    2. Grind chillies, ginger, and desiccated coconut.
    3. Add the mixture to the flour.
    4. Add salt and knead the dough.
    5. Make small balls and roll them into medium discs.
    6. Put them in the hot tava and make rotis.
    7. Serve hot with dal.
