  • 2 litres - milk
  • 12 to 14 tbsp - sugar

How to Make Rabdi

  • Boil the milk in a heavy bottomed vessel.
  • After a boil simmer. Stir at regular intervals.
  • Boil till the milk thickens to a little less than half its original quantity and turns a shade of light brown.
  • Add sugar and boil till the sugar dissolves completely.
  • Cool completely and refrigerate.
  • Serve with hot gulab jamuns or jalebis.
