  • 2 litres - Milk
  • 12 to 14 tbsp - Sugar
  • How to Make Rabdi:

    1. Boil the milk in a heavy bottomed vessel.
    2. After a boil simmer. Stir at regular intervals.
    3. Boil till the milk thickens to a little less than half its original quantity and turns a shade of light brown.
    4. Add sugar and boil till the sugar dissolves completely.
    5. Cool completely and refrigerate.
    6. Serve with hot gulab jamuns or jalebis.
