  • 3 -mooli
  • A handful - black gram
  • 2 - onion
  • 3- red chilli
  • oil
  • 1 tbsp - rice
  • salt
  • 1 pinch -sugar

How to Make Radish Subjoin

  • Soak the black gram overnight in water.
  • Then cook in pressure cooker until soft.
  • Grate the moolis and onions.
  • Add a tsp of oil in a sauce pan. Add 1 red chilli and add the grated onion and mooli.
  • Add salt and 1 pinch of sugar.
  • Stir for a while and add the cooked black gram.
  • Cook it well until the juice disappears and the mixture turns dry.
  • In a pan, add 1 tbsp rice and roast it until golden red. Add 2 red chillies to it and roast.
  • Now finely powder this in a mixie. Once powdered add this to the mooli sabji.
  • This goes well with chapatti and rice.
