  • 3 -mooli
  • A handful - black gram
  • 2 - Onion
  • 3- Red Chilli
  • oil
  • 1 tbsp - Rice
  • salt
  • 1 pinch -sugar
  • How to Make Radish Subjoin:

    1. Soak the black gram overnight in water.
    2. Then cook in pressure cooker until soft.
    3. Grate the moolis and onions.
    4. Add a tsp of oil in a sauce pan. Add 1 red chilli and add the grated onion and mooli.
    5. Add salt and 1 pinch of sugar.
    6. Stir for a while and add the cooked black gram.
    7. Cook it well until the juice disappears and the mixture turns dry.
    8. In a pan, add 1 tbsp rice and roast it until golden red. Add 2 red chillies to it and roast.
    9. Now finely powder this in a mixie. Once powdered add this to the mooli sabji.
    10. This goes well with chapatti and rice.
