Ingredients

  • 1 cup - ragi flour
  • 2 - potatoes, boiled
  • 1 cup - vegetable stock
  • ½ tsp - green chillies, finely cut
  • ¼ tsp - pepper
  • 1 tbsp - butter
  • 2 tbsp - boiled green peas
  • 1 tsp - coriander leaves
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tsp - lemon juice

How to Make Ragi and Potato Soup

  • Heat the butter in a pan. Add the ragi flour and stir.
  • Add the vegetable stock and stir in thoroughly. Grate the potatoes.
  • Add the grated potatoes, green chillies, pepper, salt and mashed green peas and mix in continuously.
  • Let it boil once and simmer for 10 mins.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves and lemon juice.
