How to Make Ragi Carrot Paratha

  • Sieve the wheat and ragi flours. Take a large bowl and add both flours with the grated carrot and spice powders.
  • Add enough yogurt to the flours and knead them into a dough. Keep aside for 15 minutes.
  • Take a small ball from the dough and dust the dough with enough maida.
  • Roll them into parathas.
  • Heat a tsp of oil in a tawa and cook both sides of the parathas until they turn slightly brown.
  • Serve hot with side dishes.
