Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp - ragi flour
  • 1 cup - water
  • Dash - of sugar
  • Salt and pepper as per taste

How to Make Ragi Drink

  • Boil ragi flour in 1 cup water, for 5-7 minutes, adding more water as required. Cool to room temp. Put mixture in a blender.
  • Add salt, pepper, a dash of sugar, and chilled water or crushed ice.
  • Blend till smooth and frothy.
  • Serve chilled as an instant refresher.
