  • 1 cup - ragi flour
  • 1 cup - rice flour
  • Salt
  • 2 cups - water or more (adjust accordingly)
  • Oil for greasing

How to Make Ragi Idiyappam with Coconut milk - Veg Kurma

  • Bring water to boil.
  • Mix both the flour and salt together.
  • Now add the boiled water (water should be hot).
  • Make it to soft dough.
  • Grease the idiyappam presser with oil.
  • Load the idiyappam presser with the dough.
  • Gently press on the idly plates and steam cook.
  • Serve with coconut milk or any vegetable kurma.
