Ingredients

  • 1 cup - Ragi flour
  • 1/2 cup - grated Coconut
  • 1 cup - powdered Jaggery
  • Milk - as required
  • 1/2 tsp - Cardamom powder
  • Milk
  • How to Make Ragi Manni:

    1. Soak ragi in water for 1-2 hours.
    2. Grind with coconut.
    3. Strain through a thin cloth.
    4. Add some water to the residue and squeeze well.
    5. Add jaggery to the extract and stir till dissolved.
    6. Measure this liquid.
    7. Add enough milk to make 6 cups.
    8. Add cardamom and cook till thick.
    9. Pour in a greased plate.
    10. Cool and cut into pieces.
