  • 1/4 cup - Garlic flakes ( 3 Garlic pods )
  • 14 - 15 dried whole Red Chillies
  • 1/2 tsp - salt ( or to taste )
  • 1 tsp - oil
  • 1 tsp - Lemon juice or Vinegar or water for grinding
  • How to Make Rajasthani Red Garlic Chutney:

    1. Grind together chillies and garlic using lemon juice or vinegar or water for grinding.
    2. In a small pan, heat oil. Add garlic chilli paste.
    3. Add salt to taste. Cook for 1 minute.
    4. Cool and serve with Bajra rotis, Kichhri or any other snack.
