Ingredients

  • Rice - 2 cups
  • Ghee- to taste
  • Sugar- 4 tbsp
  • Saffron- 4-5 strands
  • Dry fruits- 1 cup (mixed variety).

How to Make Rajasthani Sattu

  • Roast rice until brown.
  • Grind it in a mixer and sieve it.
  • Now mix the flour with the powdered sugar and ghee.
  • Make cone shaped laddus and decorate with saffron and dry fruits.
