How to Make

  • Heat enough oil and add the mustard seeds, urad dal, channa dal, asafoetida powder and curry leaves. Fry them.
  • Immediately, add the slit-open green chillies, dry red chillies, peanuts, minced ginger and turmeric powder and stir for a few minutes on low flame till the peanuts get fried.
  • Now, add the already cooked rice noodles and toss them gently on low flame for a few minutes.
  • Switch off the stove.
  • Finally, add the lemon juice and toss well until the lemon juice mixes well with the rice noodles.
  • Serve hot.
