How to Make Rajma and Sweet Potato Cutlets

  • Saute onion in oil until they turn translucent.
  • Smash the cooked red kidney beans coarsely and add the cooked onions, mix well.
  • Then add red chilli powder, fennel seed powder, curry leaves, garam masala powder and salt.
  • Add this to the cooked sweet potato pieces, mix well and turn them as dough.
  • Make 10-12 balls and flatten it to a patty.
  • Add water to the corn flour to make a white paste.
  • Dip each patty in white sauce and roll it evenly in bread crumbs, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  • Shallow fry both sides of patty till golden brown.
  • Serve hot.
