Ingredients

  • 2 - boiled Potatoes (sliced)
  • 100 g - boiled Rajma
  • 1 - Raw Mango (chopped)
  • 100 g - sprouted moong
  • 1 tbsp - chat masala
  • Salt
  • Tomato sauce
  • coriander chopped
  • 100 g - sev

How to Make Rajma Chat

  • Mix boiled rajma, chopped raw mango, chopped onions, sprouted moong, salt to taste, chat masala, sauce, chopped coriander.
  • Place the slices of potatoes on the plate.
  • Add the prepared mixture on the potato slices.
  • Spread sev over it and serve.
