  • 3 to 4 - ram toris
  • 2 - onions
  • 2 - tomatoes
  • 2 - green chillies
  • Jeera
  • Salt
  • Garam masala
  • Desi ghee or Amul butter

How to Make Ram Tori

  • Chop the onions into small pieces.
  • Put 3-4 tsps desi ghee or Amul butter in kadai. Heat it. Put jeera in it on low flame.
  • Put chopped onions and green chillies.
  • Cook them until they turn golden brown.
  • Then add chopped tomatoes.
  • Prepare a smooth paste.
  • Then add chopped toris.
  • Add salt and turmeric powder and mix well.
  • Cover the kadai and cook on low flame.
  • Stir the subzi after 2-3 minutes.
  • The toris start leaving the water when the subzi gets cooked completely.
  • Then cook the subzi without cover for 5 minutes so that it gets dry.
  • Add garam masala.
