Ingredients

  • Saboot masoor ki dal - 1 cup
  • Ginger - 2 pieces
  • Garlic - 10-12 Cloves
  • Green chilli - 2 (chopped)
  • Jeera - 1 tsp
  • Garam Masala - 2 tsp
  • Red Chilli powder - 1.5 tsp
  • Ambchoor - 1 tsp
  • Mashed Paneer - 1 cup
  • Corn floor - 3 tbsp
  • Lemon juice - 2 tsp
  • Salt according to taste
  • Oil - 3 tbsp
  • Capsicum - 1 (Small, chopped)
  • Onion - 1 (chopped)
  • Tomato - 1 (Small, without pulp)
  • To serve :
  • 3 medium size Onions cut into rings
  • A few Mint leaves (poodina)
  • How to Make Rani Seekh Kebab:

    1. Soak saboot masoor dal for 2 hours.
    2. Strain and grind dal, ginger, garlic, green chilli and jeera for paste.
    3. Fry paste only 4-5 minutes.
    4. When the dal is dry, mix corn floor, paneer, salt, garam masala, red chilli, amchoor and lemon juice with the dal
    5. Heat the oil. Make a kebab balls from the ingredients.
    6. Fry until golden brown.
    7. Serve with finely chopped onion, capsicum, tomatoes on the kebabs.
