How to Make Rani Seekh Kebab

  • Soak saboot masoor dal for 2 hours.
  • Strain and grind dal, ginger, garlic, green chilli and jeera for paste.
  • Fry paste only 4-5 minutes.
  • When the dal is dry, mix corn floor, paneer, salt, garam masala, red chilli, amchoor and lemon juice with the dal
  • Heat the oil. Make a kebab balls from the ingredients.
  • Fry until golden brown.
  • Serve with finely chopped onion, capsicum, tomatoes on the kebabs.
