  • 1 cup - cream
  • 1 cup - maida
  • 1/4 cup - semolina (rava)
  • 1 cup - sugar
  • 2 - eggs
  • 1/2 tsp - baking powder
  • 1/2 cup - nuts, raisins and dates

How to Make Rava Cake with Dry Fruits

  • Beat the eggs, cream and sugar in a mixie.
  • Pour into a vessel, add maida and semolina to it slowly, while stirring continuously, to avoid lumps.
  • Add baking powder and the dry fruits. Keep aside for 1 hour.
  • Pour the cake mix into a greased baking dish and bake for 40 minutes.
