  • 1 cup - Cream
  • 1 cup - Maida
  • 1/4 cup - semolina (rava)
  • 1 cup - Sugar
  • 2 - eggs
  • 1/2 tsp - baking powder
  • 1/2 cup - nuts, Raisins and Dates
  • How to Make Rava Cake with Dry Fruits:

    1. Beat the eggs, cream and sugar in a mixie.
    2. Pour into a vessel, add maida and semolina to it slowly, while stirring continuously, to avoid lumps.
    3. Add baking powder and the dry fruits. Keep aside for 1 hour.
    4. Pour the cake mix into a greased baking dish and bake for 40 minutes.
