Ingredients

  • 1 cup-rawa
  • 1 cup-rice flour
  • 3/4 cup-maida
  • 2 tbsp -curd
  • salt
  • 2- Green chillies - cut into fine pieces
  • 1 tsp-jeera
  • 1 tsp - rai
  • How to Make Rava Dosa:

    1. Add all the ingredients and mix in water.
    2. Keep the non-stick tawa on the gas, when it is warm add a little oil and with the help of a cloth wipe it. Then pour the batter into a ladle.
    3. Do not spread the batter like a normal dosa since it will stick. Put oil on the sides and turn it after it starts becoming brown and crisp.
