Ingredients

  • 8-9 fillets - catfish, cut into 3-inch pieces
  • 1.5 tsp - ginger-garlic paste
  • 4 - Green chillies
  • 2 tbsp - Coriander leaves
  • 3 tsp - Lemon juice
  • Suji (Rava) for coating
  • oil for frying
  • salt to taste
  • How to Make Rava Fish Fry:

    1. Grind the chillies and coriander leaves to a paste.
    2. Apply the paste to the fish pieces along with the ginger-garlic paste, salt, and lemon juice and marinate for 6 to 7 hours.
    3. Before frying the fish, take some suji (rava) in a plate and coat the fish with it; shallow-fry the fish in a pan till it's properly fried.
    4. Garnish the fish with coriander leaves, onion rings, and lemon wedges, and it's ready to eat.
