Ingredients

  • Rava - 1.5 glass.
  • Milk - 1 litre.
  • Sugar - 1.5 cup.
  • Cardamom - 8.
  • Kesar powder - 1/2 tsp.
  • oil for frying.
  • Salt - 1 pinch.
  • How to Make Rava Poori Payasam:

    1. Add water and salt to rava and make dough.
    2. Roll the dough into pooris and deep fry in oil.
    3. In another vessel, add milk and boil well.
    4. Add sugar, kesar powder and cardamom powder to the boiled milk and stir it. Remove from fire.
    5. Then break the poori into pieces and to the boiled milk.
    6. Ready to serve.
