  • Rava - 1.5 glass.
  • Milk - 1 litre.
  • Sugar - 1.5 cup.
  • Cardamom - 8.
  • Kesar powder - 1/2 tsp.
  • oil for frying.
  • Salt - 1 pinch.

How to Make Rava Poori Payasam

  • Add water and salt to rava and make dough.
  • Roll the dough into pooris and deep fry in oil.
  • In another vessel, add milk and boil well.
  • Add sugar, kesar powder and cardamom powder to the boiled milk and stir it. Remove from fire.
  • Then break the poori into pieces and to the boiled milk.
  • Ready to serve.
