How to Make Rava-Ricotta Ladoo

  • In a saucepan, add a little butter (optional) and stir fry ricotta cheese till it becomes dry (5-7 minutes.)
  • Remove from heat and mix well with sooji.
  • Cook this mixture in a pressure cooker for 12-15 minutes (3 whistles).
  • Remove when the pressure is released. Add powdered sugar, cardamom and roll ladoos.
  • Decorate with raisins and pistachios if you like.
