Ingredients

  • 1 cup each - Sooji and Ricotta cheese
  • To garnish:
  • Some powdered Sugar
  • Some Cardamom powder
  • Raisins
  • Pistachios
  • How to Make Rava-Ricotta Ladoo:

    1. In a saucepan, add a little butter (optional) and stir fry ricotta cheese till it becomes dry (5-7 minutes.)
    2. Remove from heat and mix well with sooji.
    3. Cook this mixture in a pressure cooker for 12-15 minutes (3 whistles).
    4. Remove when the pressure is released. Add powdered sugar, cardamom and roll ladoos.
    5. Decorate with raisins and pistachios if you like.
