How to Make Raw Banana and Long Beans Stir fry

  • Cook raw banana pieces and beans separately with enough water and turmeric powder.
  • When partially cooked, drain the excess water and keep them aside.
  • Grind coconut, cumin seeds and green chillies as coarse paste, keep it aside.
  • Heat oil and splutter mustard seeds, saute curry leaves, onion and cook until the onions turns translucent.
  • To this add the partially cooked vegetables and the ground coarse paste.
  • Cook for few minutes.
  • Serve hot.
