  • 2 cups - cooked Raw banana chunks
  • 1/2 cup - rolled oats
  • 1 - onion, chopped
  • 2 - green chillies, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp - Fennel seed powder
  • 1/2 tsp - grated Ginger
  • Curry leaves
  • Salt
  • Oil
  • How to Make Raw Banana and Oats Masal Vadai:

    1. Smash cooked raw bananas to fine paste and add onions, green chillies, fennel seed powder, rolled oats, ginger, salt and curry leaves to a thick batter.
    2. If it is too thick, sprinkle few drops of water.
    3. Take a small golf ball size dough, flatten them in your palms, drop gently in hot oil.
    4. Deep Fried till they turn golden brown.
    5. Serve hot.
