How to Make Raw Banana and Oats Podimas

  • Heat enough oil and splutter mustard seeds, black gram, chickpea and fry dry red chillies.
  • To this saute onions, green chillies and ginger, until the onions turns translucent.
  • Add the turmeric powder, smashed raw banana pieces, salt and curry leaves.
  • Sprinkle some water and simmer for few minutes.
  • Finally add oats and cook everything till the vegetables are cooked.
  • Serve hot.
