How to Make Raw banana curry

  • Heat oil in a kadai. Add mustard seeds.
  • When they splutter, add curry leaves, methi seeds and red chillies; stir for 1 minute.
  • Add chopped small onion and garlic paste.
  • Stir on a low flame and then add chopped tomato.
  • Add the remaining spices and stir well.
  • Finally, add the chopped raw banana, tamarind pulp, and salt.
  • Cover and cook till it is done.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with dosas, idlis and rice.
