  • 1 - raw banana, sliced lengthwise
  • 1/2 cup - gram flour
  • 1/4 cup - corn flour
  • 1/4 cup - rice flour
  • 1/4 cup - idly batter
  • 1/2 tsp - fennel seed powder
  • 1 tsp - red chilli powder
  • Salt
  • Oil

How to Make Raw Banana Fritters

  • Mix the gram flour, corn flour, rice flour, fennel seed powder, red chilli powder, idly batter, salt and add enough water and make a thick batter.
  • Dip the raw banana slices into the prepared batter, Deep Fried them until they turn golden brown.
  • Serve hot.
