  • 1 - raw banana, sliced lengthwise
  • 1/2 cup - gram flour
  • 1/4 cup - Corn flour
  • 1/4 cup - Rice flour
  • 1/4 cup - idly batter
  • 1/2 tsp - Fennel seed powder
  • 1 tsp - Red Chilli powder
  • Salt
  • Oil
  • How to Make Raw Banana Fritters:

    1. Mix the gram flour, corn flour, rice flour, fennel seed powder, red chilli powder, idly batter, salt and add enough water and make a thick batter.
    2. Dip the raw banana slices into the prepared batter, Deep Fried them until they turn golden brown.
    3. Serve hot.
