How to Make Raw Banana Kabab

  • Boil the banana with the peel till it becomes soft.
  • Remove the peel, mash and then roast the banana with ginger garlic paste using some oil.
  • After roasting, add the cheese and all the other powders.
  • Make small cutlets, place a piece of cashew nut at the centre and dip them in a mixture of maida and water.
  • Roll them over some bread crumbs and shallow fry.
