How to Make

  • Peel the banana and cut into slices.
  • In a bowl, soak the slices with sour curd, turmeric powder, salt for 3-5 hours.
  • Then drain the curd and keep the slices aside.
  • Heat oil, add urad dhal; when it is brown, add red chillies.
  • Add some more oil and the banana slices, and fry till they become golden brown.
  • Serve this with hot rice.
