How to Make

  • Peel off the skin and cut raw bananas and soak in warm water after adding a little salt and curd.
  • Boil it for 5 minutes either in pressure cooker or microwave oven.
  • Heat oil in a pan/kadai, splutter mustard, black gram, Bengal gram, asafoetida, and curry leaves.
  • Then add onions followed by tomatoes, raw bananas, turmeric, chilly powder, coriander powder and a little salt.
  • Fry the vegetables for some 20 minutes.
  • Mix the curry so that the ingredients mix well and the vegetables becomes crispy.
  • Sprinkle a little water if necessary.
