How to Make

  • Peel the bananas and put in a food processor.
  • Add dal or potato and all the spices, lemon juice and greens.
  • Process for 2 min or until you get a kebab texture.
  • Bring out in a bowl .
  • Heat oil in a fry pan, take some mashed banana mix and make shami kebab size tikkies.
  • Fry in hot oil until both sides are golden.
  • Remove from oil and serve with your choice of chutney and thin roti.
