Ingredients

  • 1 - Raw Mango
  • 4 tbsp - tur dal, cooked
  • 2 - Green chillies
  • 2 - Red Chillies
  • 6 Cloves - Garlic
  • Turmeric powder - a pinch
  • 1/2 tsp - Cumin seeds
  • 1/2 tsp - mustard
  • Salt to taste.
  • How to Make Raw Mango Dal:

    1. Cook the peeled and sliced raw mango, chopped green chillies, turmeric powder, salt along with a little water.
    2. Add cooked dal to this mixture.
    3. Season it with mustard, cumin, red chillies and chopped garlic and boil it for 5 min.
