Ingredients

  • 1 - raw mango
  • 4 tbsp - tur dal, cooked
  • 2 - green chillies
  • 2 - red chillies
  • 6 cloves - garlic
  • Turmeric powder - a pinch
  • 1/2 tsp - cumin seeds
  • 1/2 tsp - mustard
  • Salt to taste.

How to Make Raw Mango Dal

  • Cook the peeled and sliced raw mango, chopped green chillies, turmeric powder, salt along with a little water.
  • Add cooked dal to this mixture.
  • Season it with mustard, cumin, red chillies and chopped garlic and boil it for 5 min.
