Ingredients

  • 400 g - Raw mango
  • 500ml - Milk
  • 100g - Sugar
  • 1- Cardamom pod
  • 200ml - Water

How to Make Raw Mango Delight

  • Peel and chop the Raw Mango.
  • To this, add water and allow the mangoes to stew.
  • When it is almost cooked, add sugar.
  • Cook until sugar dissolves.
  • Boil milk, reduce flame and allow milk to simmer until reduced to half.
  • Add crushed cardamom.
  • Allow the stewed mango and reduced milk to cool separately.
  • When cool, blend together and chill in the refrigerator.
  • Serve chilled and enjoy.
