Ingredients

  • 3 cups - raw Rice
  • 1 cup - Urad Dal
  • 1 tsp - Methi seeds
  • How to Make Raw Rice Idli:

    1. Wash and soak the dal and rice for 6 hours and grind to a smooth paste.
    2. Allow to ferment for 8 to 10 hours and steam the idlis.
