  • 1 cup - urad dal
  • 1 tsp - methi seeds

How to Make Raw Rice Idli

  • Wash and soak the dal and rice for 6 hours and grind to a smooth paste.
  • Allow to ferment for 8 to 10 hours and steam the idlis.
