Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp - Rice, powdered
  • 1 liter - Milk
  • 10-15 - Almonds
  • 8-10 - Cashew nuts
  • 8-10 - Plums
  • 1 tsp - Cardamom Powder
  • Sugar to taste
  • 1-2 drops - Almond essence.
  • How to Make Raw Rice Kheer:

    1. Combine the ingredients the milk and boil it. Keep stirring it.
    2. Simmer for about 20 minutes until it thickens.
    3. The add a few drops of the almond essence.
    4. Let it cool.
    5. Serve cooled.
