Ingredients

  • Rice-1 cup
  • Grated carrots-1 cup
  • Sprouts-1 cup
  • Spinach-1cup
  • Coriander powder-half1/2 tsp
  • Ginger Garlic paste-1tsp
  • Green chilli-1big
  • Chinese salt-1/2 tsp(optional)
  • Salt-1/2 tsp
  • Parsley-1/2 cup
  • Oil - 3 tsp
  • How to Make Raw Veggie Fried Rice:

    1. Cook rice and keep it aside.
    2. Heat oil in a pan and add chilli pieces, ginger-garlic paste.
    3. Add spinach and cook for 3 minutes. Turn off the heat.
    4. Add all other vegetables, coriander powder and rice, mix it well.
    5. Add salt and parsley. Serve.
