How to Make Rawa Banana Delight

  • Mash the banana with sugar in a bowl. Add the milk and whisk it well.
  • Put the ghee and cashew nuts in a glass bowl and microwave for 3 to 4 mins.
  • Add the rava, mix well and microwave for another 1 minute.
  • Add the mashed banana mixture, cardamom, and cover.
  • Microwave this for a minute. Take it out and stir it.
  • Microwave again for 2 mins more.
  • Serve
