  • 1 cup - rava
  • 1 tbsp - ghee/oil
  • 2 cups - sugar
  • A pinch - kesari powder mixed with milk
  • 3 cups - milk
  • 1/2 cup- cashew nuts, raisins
  • 1 - banana
  • 1 tsp- cardamom powder

How to Make rawa Kesari

  • Fry rawa, cashew nuts and raisins in ghee/oil till golden brown.
  • Then add the milk. Keep stirring, and when it boils, add sugar and the kesari powder.
  • Keep adding ghee as and when required.
  • Finally cut the banana into small pieces and add them to the kesari.
  • Garnish with cardamom powder and serve hot.
