Ingredients

  • 1-inch piece - Ginger
  • 8-10 flakes - Garlic
  • 5 pods - Cardamoms
  • 1 Lemon sized ball - Tamarind
  • 6 - Cloves
  • 1 inch - Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp - pepper powder
  • 10 - chillies
  • Salt to taste
  • 250 ml - Vinegar
  • How to Make Recheado Masala for Fish:

    1. Heat a pan and fry the items to grind on medium heat.
    2. Grind the masala in vinegar to a fine paste.
