Ingredients

  • Red bean - 1 cup (soak or canned)
  • 4 to 5 Cloves - Garlic
  • 1 - tomato, finely chopped
  • 1 - Onion
  • 1/2 - red bell and green bell pepper, chopped
  • Coriander leaves (chopped)
  • Chilli powder - to taste
  • 4 - tortillas
  • How to Make Red Bean Burrito:

    1. Pressure cook the beans until buttery.
    2. Heat the oil in a skillet. Saute the onion, red bell pepper, green bell pepper, garlic until soft.
    3. Add the cooked beans, salt, tomatoes, coriander leaves, chilli powder and cook well until it becomes soft and mashed.
    4. To serve, spoon bean mixture in the centre of each tortilla.
    5. Roll up and place in a oven or microwave for 2 minutes.
    6. Serve hot.
