Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup - finely chopped, red bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup - chopped- Sun-dried tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp - Cream cheese or sour-cream
  • 1/4 cup - Yoghurt/curd
  • 1/2 tsp- Pepper
  • 1 - Garlic clove
  • 1/4 tsp - Oregano
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Red Bell Pepper and Sun-dried Tomato Dip

  • Coarsely grind the bell peppers and garlic to form a paste
  • Mix the paste with the yogurt, the cream cheese and the pepper
  • Lightly fold in the tomato pieces
  • Add salt to taste
  • Sprinkle with oregano
  • Chill for 10- 15 mins before serving.
