Ingredients

  • 2 cups - Red bell pepper pieces
  • 1/2 cup - Celery pieces
  • 2 - Potatoes, chopped
  • 1 - Onion, chopped
  • 5 - Garlic pods
  • 2 - Tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/4 cup - Cooked pasta
  • 2 tsp - Soya sauce
  • 1/2 tsp - Pepper powder
  • Salt
  • Olive oil

How to Make Red Bell Pepper, Celery N Pasta Soup

  • Heat enough olive oil in a pressure cooker, add the onion pieces and garlic pods to the hot oil and stir them until they turn translucent.
  • Add the tomato pieces, celery pieces, red bell pepper pieces and potato pieces and cook them until they turn tender.
  • Add the soya sauce, salt and pepper powder with enough water, close the lid and pressure cook until 3 hisses.
  • Blend coarsely with hand blender or food processor and add the cooked pasta to the blended soup.
