Ingredients

  • 2 cups - red cabbage, chopped
  • 1 - carrot, cut in cubes
  • 2 - potatoes, cut in cubes
  • 1 - onion, chopped)
  • 2 - tbsp - Parsley leaves
  • 2 cups - vegetable broth
  • 1/4 tsp - pepper powder
  • 1 tbsp - Butter
  • Salt, if needed
  • How to Make Red Cabbage Soup:

    1. Heat the butter and saute onions, simultaneously add carrots and cubed potatoes and cook for a while.
    2. To this add the red cabbages with parsley leaves and pepper powder, saute everything until the vegetables shrinks.
    3. Finally add the vegetable broth and a cup of water, cook everything in medium flame until the vegetables get well cooked, add salt if needed.
    4. Blend everything with a hand blender.
    5. Serve hot.
