  • 2 cups - red cabbage, chopped
  • 1 - carrot, cut in cubes
  • 2 - potatoes, cut in cubes
  • 1 - onion, chopped)
  • 2 - tbsp - parsley leaves
  • 2 cups - vegetable broth
  • 1/4 tsp - pepper powder
  • 1 tbsp - butter
  • Salt, if needed

How to Make Red Cabbage Soup

  • Heat the butter and saute onions, simultaneously add carrots and cubed potatoes and cook for a while.
  • To this add the red cabbages with parsley leaves and pepper powder, saute everything until the vegetables shrinks.
  • Finally add the vegetable broth and a cup of water, cook everything in medium flame until the vegetables get well cooked, add salt if needed.
  • Blend everything with a hand blender.
  • Serve hot.
