  • 2 pounds - Chicken (breasts and legs)
  • 1 - big Onion
  • 1 tbsp - Ginger Garlic paste
  • 2 tsps - Red Chilli powder
  • 1 - big tbsp Curd
  • Haldi
  • Salt
  • Red food colour
  • 2 tbsps - oil
  • 4 - Green chillies
  • 1.5 tsps - Garam Masala powder
  • 1 tsp - Coconut powder
  • Black pepper powder
  • How to Make Red Chicken:

    1. Wash chicken and add chopped onion, ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, haldi, salt as per taste, curd, lime and colour. Mix them well.
    2. Take a pan and put this mixture (without oil) and let the chicken cook well.
    3. When the water from the chicken disappears, then take another non-stick pan and put oil, fry powders, green chillies.
    4. Add in the cooked chicken for 5 minutes and fry till dark in colour.
    5. Add coriander leaves.
