Ingredients

  • 12 - Dried red chillies
  • 8 - Small Onions
  • 2 - Cloves Garlic
  • Tamarind, a small piece
  • 1 tbsp - Coconut oil
  • Salt to taste
  • How to Make Red chilli chammanthi:

    1. Roast the dried red chillies till it is black.
    2. Grind it with the peeled small onions, garlic, tamarind, salt.
    3. Add coconut oil and mix well.
